Not pick up the phone & delivery problem

I am suffruing mostly in time of booking over phone, nobody pick up the phone in booking period, not only that, after the booking period the same situation have been continued.

I had booked on 30/08 but till now not received any delivery. My booking no. 30, 30/08. nobody receive the phone so that what is the current situation.

So I requiest you, look into to the matter as urgent basis.
