Mujhe net use karna jada nahi ata tha is karan se mai online booking Katra to Sanjhichat nhi karwa paya tha. Mai and mere Mom-Dad 18 April ko Katra pahunche tab, Bus Stand wale apke office m humhne contact kiya to reply diya ki yahan booking nhi hoti hain. Agar wahan booking nahi hoti hain to office kyon open kiya. Mere mom-dad senior citizen and heart patient hain. Unko kisi trah main Vaishno devi ke darshan karwe. 19 April hum Apke sanjichat ke booking office mein gaye to wahan bi apke staff member ne full hone ka bhola n koi ticket nhi h only return ticket walon ko milegi sit, humne 3 hours wait kiya wahan na to setting arrangement tha, bahar dhoop m batne dete hai. Humhne wahan 3 hours wait kiya par usne mana kar diya, Jab ki ek young men Mr. Mukul and Mrs. Raksha ji ko Helicopter Batch Number -34 mein bheja unke pass bhi koi ticket nahi tha. Apke officer ne usse kuch jada paise laker ticket diya.
Young men ko ticket diya ja sakta h senior citizen ko kyon nahi, bas difference itna tha ki ussne kuch jada paise apke staff member ko diye, humne wo nhi diye.
Agar apko aise hi service deni to Vaishno devi mein service band karo.
Very very poor service hain apki, My humble request aap apkne staff member change karo and service m kuch sudhar karo nahi to service band karo.
Dear Shrine Officer sir Ji, Plz improve Helicopter services. agar yeah aise karenge to sab Saath mai apka naam bhi khrab hota hain. Kindly Pick any action to Pawan Hans Sanjichat staff member/officer.
