I had paid down payment of Rs. 25000/- to Laxmi Motors, P.O. Box: 165, Transport Nagar, national Highway, Gandhidham, Kutchh on 3.01.1997 for purchase of PEUGEOT 309 GL CAR. The car dealer has neither delivered the car nor the money despite repetitive requests.
