Poor service cente

This is with regard to my 7th paid service.

I gave my access for servicing at the following service center

Aryan Autoagencies Pvt Ltd

Thubarahalli,

Whitefield Main Road

Banglore, 560066

The service provided was very poor. I was not given any call as to when i can collect my access and even if my access is ready.

when i went to pick up the bike i was made to wait for 1 hour because the manager was not available and i was never informed about that.

Because i couldn't pick up my bike on time and had to come the next day to pick it up, it was left in the workshop.

My serviced access drenched in the rain the whole night because of rain and on asking the service center guys i was told that, its not their problem that their roof leaks.

when i asked the manager to give me the complaint log book, i was offered a blank white paper to write down the complaint. The store manager told that the complaint book has gone to the head office.

Is this the way service centers are suppose to deal with their customers?
