I purchased new WAGON-R from velachery branch through sales officer A.Raja and the vehicle got delivered by 05.12.2010. he committed for corporate offer Rs 2000 and scratch card gift on delivery. but so far i have not received these two and after several remidings to the sales officer A Raja, his response is not proper. i wanted to take this issue to the sales manager but nobody from the show room providing his cell number. i feel very about this response becz so far 4 months completed after delivery and still i could get the committed offers. i expect good response atleast for my complaint.
