After accident, I have given my car Maruti SX-4 for repairr. A job card was prepared and it was made clear that what ever repairr is needed shall be done. Repair cost which will not be admitted by insurance company will be paid by me. It was also made clear that if insurance surveyor did not agrre for any repairr I should be informed then and there so that I can contact them. Non of these request were followed. The car was handed over to us after three days of scheduled delivery i.e. almost after a week. It was a horrible experience. I have to wait three hours on the plea that car was stuckup in traffic jam while bringing it from shop to delivery point. At the time of delivery i could find that the car is repairred prtialy and left unattended on rear side. After lodging complain the car was taken over.
After a few days a call was received from Posco and i got intimation that balance repairr were be attended for which a date was fixed. Even though my house is about 60 km away from work shop i have send my car for attending balance repair. But i was surprised to note that simply not only they have denied the requist repairr but also taken a fictitious plea for such denial.
Till date i am unable to under stand the reason for such action of Posco and haw it will help a company like Posco.
Will it not be proper to go to smaller work shop where quality service and decent public relation is available.
Any orgnisation Even if it is Posco should not consider them selves as indispensable.
