The customer service representative Mr Tabrez in Trident Hyundai showroom is an upprofessional and unethical, he totally shows the disagreement towards the Tridents policy or values, he does not know how to interact with customers, yesterday when i went with an aspiration of buying a Verna fluidic car from this showroom he showed direspect to us by talking rudely, if this is the attitude shown towards the customer then all we have to tell is that you have very good training department which trains the representatives to give rude answers and helps them in making in decisions like slapping the Customer representative because of the way he speaks. It looks like he is either not interested to sell the vehicle or is just making sure that there are no sales to Trident with his amazing skills of annoying the customers.
