As part of the great online shopping festival, Via.com claimed to have an offer "Fly to singapore at 3920".
I went ahead and booked my tickets to singapore after which I get a call from Via customer care that 3920 was just the base fare and the taxes would come up to 4100 rs more.
None of which was indicated by anything under terms and conditions.
Of course the website promptly deducted the 3920 Rs and 170 (convenience charge) from my account, without mentioning these things.
I have screen shots of everything to back my claim up and Via.com should definitely be put out of business for cheating innocent victims like me!
