I am a consumer of Venus Gas Mannar, with consumer No. 1881 residing at chennnithala with in 5 kms form the gas office. I had registered a complaint of "Gas leakage from the regulator side" through tlelpohne on Monday (10/12) morning to the office at Mannar and reminded on monday 10/12 evening and today 11/12 morning over phone. But unitl this moment no one came to check the case. The leakage of gas is a case which should be attended EMERGENCY and immediately but this ype of irresponsiblityis hard to accept. And I hereby stating that if any danger occur to my family or property one hundred percent the agency will be responsible. If this complaint is not attended immediately I will go for legal action.
