Non receipt of online ticket

Sir, on 12th dec at around 19.15 pm i have booked an online domestic ticket for 13th Dec flight from mumbai to nagpur for 11.15 am by Jet Airways for one Dr Bhaskar Ramrao Kate. My credit card account got debited for Rs 4591. but thereafter I got the message on my computer screen that there is an error in ticketing by the jetairways. I did not get any PNR or any ticket information. The airline helpline keeps me on hold for 30 minutes on 2 occassions and the executives are not able to help me even after the long hold.
