Hi,

This is Kunal from Hyderabad. I bought i20 magna (o) from Hyundai Talwar - Hyderabad. I took the delivery on 16th Dec.

While car delivery, they informed me that the invoice would be given after 10 days. One of the executive told me that the loan amount is yet to be transfered to thier account.

At this point of time, they have replaced acessorios such as ECM. It was agreed that they will give me ECM as per Sportz variant however they gave me a local one and charged me 5000 (Market rate ~2500).

I am yet to receive my invoice (with bifurcation such as - Loan down payment misc charges).

Could you please help me with this.
