Fligh route change without prior information due to which our connection for Mumbai to Pune was missed

Flight AI343 route changed from Singapore to Mumbai via Chennai instead of having direct flight from Singapore to Mumbai without any prior information. Due to this we reached Mumbai airport at 3.30PM instaed of 1.30PM and we lost our connection from Mumbai to Pune.
