I had to sent a pack of medicines to Ghaziabad which I couriered from Flyking, near allahabad bank, haridwar road, civil line roorkee - 247667. Receipt number - 18673717 - courier date 14/12
Courier was never delivered to me when I called up the courier service they said it has been delivered on the 15th and they produced a fake receipt which was signed by someone named Shamsher. I asked to check the security gate at the apartment at ghaziabad and they said there was no delivery done. Courier delivery person never called us and informed that delivery has been done.
After repeated requests we never got a straight answer and the delivery of packet which had medicine of worth 2850 INR.
Request you to please look into the matter and request strong action and recovery of goods or equal amount to be paid to me.
