Dear sir,

I have been complaining to VOLKSWAGEN on various issues in my car POLO HIGHLINE purchased on 8th Feb'12 from S.Delhi Volkswagen Dealer and their after the problems has been still unresolved and currently the car is stationed at W.Delhi Volkswagen dealer where the service engineer and the RBM has visited and confirmed the issues that are there in the car. However they are not responding to the queries as manufacturing defect or designing defects which has been confirmed by S.Delhi Volkswagen service center during my initial visits to them for the problems which i had in my car.

It has been just 10 months that i had purchased the car and till date my car has visited 6-8 times the service center for the same problems. They have showed readiness to provide additional 2 yr warranty on my car because of the problems which where their, however i am not interested now in taking that car back as the engine has been opened and parts have been replaced in the same.

I am attaching the entire files of communications which i have done with VOLKSWAGEN for your reference. Need your support & help to curb this menace of cheating INDIANS by MNC's.

The communication files are too large to be attached. Once you get in touch i will provide the same to you.

I want complete reimbursement of my car with the interest and the financial loss which i have incurred in getting my vehicle to normal conditions.
