Company has handed over me mahindra scorpio on 7th december with no fog lamp bulb though taken there exaggerated price from me. The fault was discovered by me and the sales person standing there was trying to hide it on delivery date. When we asked them they told me that next day it will be rectified but the staff of mahindra company is so arrogant and intimidating that they are making a fool of me and sending me from workshop to showroom and to and fro (distane of them is 5km from each other). The central lock of vehicle is also faulty which activates any time any where.

The problem is actually with DD Premier motors (showroom owner) they have monopoly in uttaranchal state, staff is so rude and arrogant that they openly believe that no one can even touch them.when i emailed my complaint about the treatment i am getting, the person who has to sort out the problem as mentioned in email not even called or contacted me.

Till today i am driving a vehicle with no fog lamp bulb and a faulty central lock, for which i have paid in full to company.

I have been mentally & emotionally harassed, the vehicle was gift to my newly born daughter but thanks to mahindra auto now it was mistake by me to go for this company product.
