I Anil Kumar, booked cylinder almost 45 days before. Still cylinder is not delivered to my residence. Very rarely they will pick up the call, and when asked they said, boy went for deliver and door was locked. My question is why they did not informed me about the delivery date. Now for the past 10 days they are saying the same thing, it will be delivered tomoro. Now I am suffering without gas and taking food from hotels for the full family. When called to customer care, it is telling that CLEARED ON 8TH DECEMBER. They are selling cylinder on black and I think, they hv sold my cylinder. Please take immediate action and cancel their dealership.
