Epair delays

I had given my car i20 to amit motors, distt kullu which is authorised hyndai service centre two months ago. the car is still not repaired for want of electrical fuse box which is not a very uncommon spare part. i want compensation for this unusual delay inspite of repeated visits, tele calls and emails.
