I have applied for a new gas connection for my newly owned Flat (situated in Flat No-8, Gokul Dham Complex, Garia station Road, Boalia, Kolkata - 84) through your Agency- Kishore Krishna Indane, 105 Nilachal Complex, Narendrapur, Kolkata (Running SL No-13003, New Connection Registration-112399630003968) on 18/08.
But I came to know that after about one month I will receive corresponding letter from your side and then the procedure will start. And the worse point is that it will take about five to six month to get the connection, which seems very unrealistic for people like me. But till now I have not received any communication.
Whereas the saddest point is that people used to go for black market and receives new gas connection within a few hour and unfortunately that to the gas cylinder is from Indane.
