I have purchased one digital camera from 'www.timtara.com' on 21st may. They promise a delivery of within 7 days. But it is now 6th june and i still not received the item. I send one enquiry mail on their customer service mail id on 29th may and on the next day i received one mail saying my product is shipped with an airway bill number but with out even specifying the courier service name. I have also purchased one pendrive on 28th may which is not even shipped till now...!!!
When i wrote about the issue on their facebook page, instead of replying to that they just deleted it and removed me from their 'Like' list. So i'm complaining about the issue here.

I advice you all, if you are thinking of purchasing any item from timtara and expect to receive it with in a month, better to change your mind.
