Yesterday morning (5th Jun) I called Meru to book a cab on 6th June at 4:45AM from Sarjapur Road to Majestic Railway Station.
I received a SMS that my booking is confirmed.
6th June Morning I also received a SMS from Meru with Driver details.

Driver Name: Lokesh
Cell Number: 9538432002
Called the driver at 4:30AM and told him the pick-up details and landmark. Cab driver replied back saying that he will be reaching the pickup point before time.
At 4:50AM when I didn't saw any cab near my place, I tried reaching the cab driver, but he didn't picked my call (tried more than 25 times)
Later I called Meru customer service desk to raise a complaint, I got a reply from Meru that 'WE ARE ALSO NOT ABLE TO REACH THE CAB DRIVER, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, AT THIS POINT WE CANNOT ARRANGE FOR A DIFFERENT CAB'
I am raising this kind of issue for the first time in this forum, but in past I have faced this kind of behavior from Meru.
