The Professional Courier
Did not deliver as promised

Hi,

I sent a courier through The Professional Courier on 31/12 as urgent courier. I was promised that it'll reach by 2/1 but it has not reached till today i.e. 3/1 12:56 PM. They charged me Rs.250/- because of urgent delivery request.

I asked them to refund the money for Urgent delivery as it is not delivered as urgent but they refused to do so and also they said that they will get the package back and give it to me.

Please advise what should be my next step.
