Cancellation Refund Amount

Dear Team,

I have booked a ticket on Kingfisher Airlines, but due some reasons they have changed mine flight schedule. When i spoke with them they told me if you want you can cancel your ticket, we will refund your money within 15 working days. So i have cancelled mine ticket, i have booked mine ticket on 20-7 and cancelled around 28 Oct but still i have not received a bug from them.

I request you to please help me to get my money back.
