Our consumer no.658784, I booked gas cylinder last month 24th November, cylinder recd., 30th November, that time refilled cylinder given to delivery boy (that cylinder goes approximately 15 days) but we having one cylinder if we can’t take it will going too delay that’s why we taken cylinder & they said now cylinders delivering soon its not taking much time, so, this time we booked after complete of cylinder for home delivery on dt. 24/12, (15 days pass), still not yet recd., we are using small cylinder of 5kgs its going only 4 days now second cylinder using each cylinder cost 260/-for 4days, we are belongs middle class family, having a 2 small kids, I made phone calls lots of time they are not giving any such answer disconnecting the call. We visited gas agency office they are not considering anything, they said we not yet recd. bill receipt now this everything will going on online through only, I request to you please understand our problem and try to release our cylinder as soon as, DISTRIBUTOR PRAVEEN GAS AGENCES Below mentioned address.
