Have been contacting & complaining the Customer Support executive and no response till now.

Please find the mail trails sent to them. If any can provide the Business Manager's email id, residing in India and Consumer forum's id, it would be helpful for me to proceed further.

|By Saturday evening the card got activated? first disappointment (due to |

|delay in activating the card) and I was confirmed that

the ISD facility |

|will get activated on the very next day. But the same has not happened. |

|I wanted to have this postpaid card with this offer, bcoz I need to make |

|lots of ISD calls and messages. Its of no use to activate the card without|

|activating the ISD facility. |

|I have also given them a cheque favouring? GLITZ VENTURES? for Rs. |

|2, 250.00 drawn on Indian Overseas Bank dated April 04

and the cheque|

|number is 738255. |

|*Second issue is totally with your customer care centre. As I told you |

|earlier, the card got activated just few days before. But I have been |

|forced to call your 121 very frequently. I hope you can check how many |

|times I have called you people for one single request |

|I wanted to have a song with the title? Nuvvu Nuvvu? from the movie

|

|Khadgam as my Hello Tune. I happened to browse your website www.airtel.in |

|and went in for search of that song and the Direct Calling Code is |

|543211-100769 and the SMS Code is MA769 and MC946. I was not sure which |

|was the song. However I sent 2 SMS to your number 543211 as per the |

|instructions given in your website. |

|I got a confirmation response that? thanks for subscribing Rehman? s New |

|Song? which I have not placed any request. I called up 121 and was again |

|guided by a female and I followed her instructions, which was the same, |

|which was done by me earlier..

|However, I was not satisfied with the same SMS response. So I again called|

|up and a guy spoke to me in Tamil, apologized for the inconvenience and |

|asked me to go in for a search thru SMS and not thru net. I did so and got|

|a response saying no such search found. Message sent to 543211 was SEARCH |

|SONG TITLE, i.e the above mentioned song title. |

|Imagine how irritated I should be and again called up where another guy

|

|spoke to me and after few minutes I got a message saying? thanks for |

|deactivating the hello tune facility and if you wish to activate the same, |

|type??..? |

|I again called up another executive, who again spoke to me in Tamil, told |

|him the entire story, he apologized and told me that if I send the SMS |

|from my end for the hello tune request, the song will be activated |

|instantly. But if the same is done by your Airtel executive from their

|

|end, it takes 24 hours to get activated. Till now, nothing is activated |

|and I could hear the Airtel music alone. |

|For your kind information I have attached the details extracted from your |

|website, but I was confirmed by your executives that the SMS code was |

|wrong. Howcome the details provided by the executive and the Website |

|differs. |

hereby request you to take immediate action. Else I wish to deactivate |

|the card. Ensure that all the points are addressed in this mail. |
