I purchased the Chevrolet Spark Car (LS Model) ON 19th Nov from Empire Motors Limited. At the time of Purchase I was given some discount. But in lieu of that discount the company has installed a very bad quality power steering and the rear door material is of worst quality. This I came to know when I drove the same car of one of my friend. The car manufacture year was same. At every service I tell the service personal about the steering problem. After service the steering remains okay for three days and than it starts giving me problems. It is very hard specially at turnings. The rear door quality of my car is pathetic which is other big problem with the car. If company has given me some discounts than is it fair to reduce the quality in lieu of that. The car is still in warranty period. I want that company should change my steering system and the rear door as well unconditionally (which are very unsafe and against the reputation).
