Since the day, I have bought this car - Exi Metro Diesel, Car no. DL7CN 5074 in August from NCR Ford Defence Colony, i have faced numerous issues.
- One week after the purchase of my car, a battery and engine check sign used to appear constantly while driving - which thank god got fixed after my 3rd visit at Badarpur work station.
- Later on 2 months back, another issue came up - my power windows started making unusual noise and when they were pulled down to a certain level, a constant noise of vibration is experienced, for this i have visited the Harpreet Ford outlet in Okhla, almost 6 times, but the common reply i get from there supervisors and branch manager is that - "ITNEE AAWAAZ TO FIGO MEIN AAYEGEE HEE SIR"...!!! Still the issue is persisting.
- The series of problem dsnt end here, today morning, while driving down to work, suddenly the steering of my car got locked and the car ignition got turned off... I managed to save myself from a narrow accident.
TELL ME IF I WOULD HAVE COLLAPSED TODAY BECAUSE OF THE CAR STEERING ISSUE, THEN WHO WOULD HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE - FORD INDIA OR FORD GLOBAL?
I FEEL MY LIFE IS AT RISK, WHILE DRIVING THIS DISGUSTING VEHICLE.
To be honest, my trust and faith in Ford is lost now and now what i demand is a money back...!
I am a salaried employee and i feel Ford has seriously robbed me by selling a poor quality car.
TO REPEAT - I NEED A FULL REFUND OF MY CAR, ELSE THE ABOVE SAID WILL BE DONE BY ME IN NEXT 2-3 DAYS.
