I became the victim of AP Govt RTO. I am an IT professional & keep moving to different states for a project of 4-6 months. I was asked to pay the road tax after 1 month of my complance of my car. I was told that the road tax is 8% of the amount of car. which is a pretty huge amount of 40000 The RC was imbounded.
If I keep paying like this I will go bankrupt. I hope now the time has come where the decade old rules & regulation of govt needs to be changed. Anyone know anyother way of putting things than consumer court? Would keep u guys posted.
