Verna delivery delayed

I have booked my car in the month of November.
Its black verna sxo petrol. I was to get the delivery of this car on 8th of march. It's my father's Birthday that day. But Hyundai is not able to deliver the car on that day.

When i booked the car i was promised with the delivery within 2-3months of booking. But since then it's been almost 5-6months n i am not getting any update by the agency regarding the delivery. Saying it's delayed from company's end.

I want to know why Hyundai is openly accepting or declaring such kind of updates. My planned Surprises are ruined, I am very disheartened due to this act.

It's 13th of March 2022 now and still i don't have any update.
