I, Anupam Singh booked an international ticket bearing PNR no J41PT on 1st Oct. After a gap of about one month that is on 28th Oct during inquiry of PNR status I came to know abnormal change in my already confirmed ticket affecting flight number and time adhering to mischievous act without supplying prior intimation or without having negotiation with me. I am student and going abroad for study purpose being strictly bounded with reporting date and time. Such a one sided change in the departure schedule of flight is quite unsuitable to me.

I may therefore be allotted a confirmed flight ticket in accordance with my previous details (date and time of departure i.e. morning session on 7th Jan) of journey as confirmed on 1st Oct or otherwise ticket may be canceled at your fault and amount be refunded along with compensation.
