Missing baby strolle

This is regarding missing stroller of my kid.

As expected, we should have been received stroller at Delhi Airport, as there was change from International to domestic. But it's still missing and there is no reply from AIR INDIA Delhi baggage services.

My travel dates:

New York to Delhi: AI 102 : 30-09

Delhi to Mumbai: AI 810 : 01-10

Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!
