1. I HAD TRAVELLED IN AIR INDIA ON 09 APRIL FROM IMPHAL TO DELHI .
2. I HAD LOST MY BOARDING PAS AFTER MY FLIGHT.I REQUIRE BOARDIN PASS AND TICKET FOR CLAIMING THE AMOUNT FROM MY ORGANISATION.
3. SO ON 30 MAY I HAD REQUESTED FOR TRAVELLING CERTIFICATE AND TICKET FROM AIR INDIA'S IMPHAL CITY OFFICE
4. I HAD WAITED FOR A WEEK, BUT NO RESPONSE CAME. THEN FROM THAT DAY FOR NEXT ONE MONTH I HAD KEPT CALLING THEM AND GOING THERE PERSONALLY, BUT THEY MADE FLIMSY EXCUSES AND DID NOT GAVE ME EITHER OF TWO DOCUMENTS REQUIRED.
5. IN THIRD WEEK OF WHEN I FORCED MYSELF THEY GAVE ME TRAVELING CERTIFICATE.
6. THE TICKET HAS TILL TODAY NOT BEEN GIVEN DESPITE REPEATED REMINEDERS.
7. DUE TO THEIR DELAY I AM STRUCK AND CANNOT CLAIM YHE AMOUNT FROM MY ORGANISATION.
8. THE DETAILS OF JOURNEY ARE AS FLIGHT NO AI 889 (IMPHAL TO DELHI) TIME 1700HRS, TICKET TYPE -LTC 80
9. IT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE TICKET WITH COST SO THAT I SHOULD BE ABLE TO CLAIM THAT AMOUNT.
