No refund and irresponsible answer from customer care personals

I have bokked e-ticket in air india through ICICI bank online banking (bil/221466897/Siva che/Airindia_mici1 on 27/04) for travel from chennai to singapore on 08th may'2011 (ai358) and return on 23rd may'2011 (ai347) through their website (www.Airindia. In) on 27th apr'2011 and due to name mistake the ticket was cancelled on 30th apr'2011 by sending request mail to ecommerce@airindia. In as well as via customer care representative (18001801407) and conformed the same with them later but conformation of cancellation via mail or any sort of message was not sent from the air india people.

However, till date the airline is not granted the refund. I have written so many mails to airline (ecommerce@airindia. In and yatrik. Cell@airindia. In), but neither they are replying to the mail nor responding if I speek to the customer care (18001801407, 02222796666, 02222796580, 02227580777).
