Delay of Delivery Cargo - 150 kgs

Dear Sir / Madam:

We have shipped one of our Air Shipment through Kenya Airways wide their MAWB # 706-22459765, which we have shipped on 25th Nov & the same was supposed to be delivered within 12 - 15 days to our Consignee in Free Town - Sierra Leone.

But till date the cargo is yet lying @ Nairobi & non of the officers are doing their job to ship the same.

Whereas when we approached their counter part in Mumbai they informed bla bla bla & showed lots of excuses for delayed shipments.,

& from last 3 days they informed that the cargo will leave on 4th Jan & then on 5th & then 6th & today again they changed their date of

shipment as 8th Jan.

Whereas we have asked them to refund us the full freight value with interest & penalty.
