Pl ref to your PNR NO-WOGHTO Flight No. G8/457 class B dated 14 jan from srinagar to new delhi. I have purchased the ticket from srinagar airport where the lady attendent firstly given the wrong data about the flight tickets availability and given the business class tickets. when i boarded the flight i was told by the crew staff that there is no business class in the flight moreover i was charged of the itinerary which i have paid in the business class ticket. It was a case of direct cheating with the passengers which changed my outlook for further travels in the same airlines. Through out the journey i felt like being cheated by the go airlines. Pl give the suitable justice for such a behaviour from your side. Not expected from go air.
