I had faced the steering oil leakage issue since May after consulting
so many dealers i got the result that steering set was faultyneed to
replace the same as my car was under warranty, anyhow when i approached the
Joshi Hyundai last they told me that only seal need to be replaced rest
things are normal. I trusted Joshi Hyundai so, they changed the Steering
seal, however i have faced the leakage issue continuously & i made repititive
requests to service centre kindly check the same everytime they said no
issue sir no issue sir, finally warrant period is over, now they are saying
that complete steering part is faulty you need to change the complete set
which costs around 2-, now my question is, the part is already faulty
then
Why the same was not changed during warranty period?
Why no action against my continuous requests?
Who wil be responsible in case any damage or accident happened during
driving?
What will be the cost of my trust on Hyundai Brand & Joshi Dealers?
This is not the least actual issue occured when i contact Mr. Singh regarding
my complaint, I am amused to see the behaviour of the concern, follwoing is
the example of the same
1.I have to wait around 15-20 mins to meet
2.Good service is your motive but i amazed to see, Mr. Singh not even asked me
to sit, finally after sometime Mr. Virender said me to have a seat
3.Not in mood of hearing my issue & not even properly attended me, making
mockery of issue was his main motive
Continuoslly chasing hyundai team but no response any can you share the way to teach them a lesson
