I am the consumer of Indane gas and I would like to say that
The owner of Neo gas service Kalka (haryana) is very rude and discourteous because my gas connection is transfer here I was previous consumer of Vikramaditya gas agency Agra but now transfer to Kalka.
When I go to collect my cylinder & regulator from Neo gas services office then his owner forced me for purchase a new gas pipe which cost was 175 rupees when I have already a gas pipe
And he say if I don’t purchase it then he can’t give me my cylinder, regulator and he don’t registered me as a new transferred consumer.
What should I do?
