Non delivery of cylinde

Hi sir,

I am from ayappakkam, chennai-77.

my account number is 28681... I have booked for cylinder on 17/09... I have not received the cylinder till now... my cylinder dealer is not delivering the cylinder properly... he is asking the customer to go to specific place and receive the cylinder... please take neccessary action to provide the proper delivery...
