Myself Abdul Haque R/o 2565, Ist Floor Katra kamil khan mohalla niyariyan behind G.B.Road, Delhi-110006., a consumer no 31847 with jaspreet gas service, Dr Ambedkar stadium Delhi gate, Delhi. I have booked for refilling of gas cylinder on dated 26.03.2012 with an assurance of 3-4 working days delivery.but till date i am waiting for the same. On contacting the agency they have told me that no load (truck) is coming from the company so we are unable to deliver the cylinder.this is 4th time the agency cheated me.
although i have seen the delivery boys of the agency delivering the gas cylinders to illegal tea stalls, Hotels & other commercial outlets in the same area on a higher rates for commercial use. I have borrowed the cylinder from a neighbour.
In last I pray before you to take strict action against the agency.
