Unsatisfied Service from Maruthi Service station Kalyani Motors Pvt Ltd

Dear Sir,

With reference to subject, we regret to inform you that the Maruthi Suzuki has failed to satisfy its customer from its service..

I have given my car for servicing on 19-05 and i have received my car back on 26-05 with rear bumper damaged heavily due to negligence driving of your service people, when we ask for a replacement of bumper Your executive made us to wait for whole day with no proper response for our queries. I think your people thought that we don't have any other better work to do.

At the end of the day your executive told us we cannot replace the bumper we will just repair it and give u and after we said OK to for the proper repair but they painted the half of the bumper and gave the vehicle deliver to us after asking them about inconvenient they told that you can escalate the issue to any level or do whatever you want.

Is this the way they behave with customer?, kindly clarify Whether Maruthi Udyog has given proper training to its employees for how to behave with customers or not.

After getting such response from your personnel, i am escalating issue to your level. Requesting you to look in to this matter seriously and to provide us the quality service including my car rear bumper replacement (Which is damaged from Your personnel) immediately With out any additional charges.

After receiving the vehicle from the service i am unable feel the service has done properly and its very hard to drive the vehicle where it was smooth vehicle previously and they are unable to do the wheel alignment to the car after receiving the vehicle when i drive the car its taking me left-side, so pls consider my request and do the needful things and hope for your best service.
