I am sorry to say that but this is very disgusting and painful that the staff appointed by INDIAN OIL CORPORATION, (KULJEET GAS AGENCIES NEAR 22 NO. PHATAK, PATIALA)
the biggest OIL Group of India, don’t know how to deal with the customers, He (Mr. Parminder Singh) misbehave and harass the customers despite the customers are ready to give them the complete support to solve the problem if some mistake has been occurred from whom so ever.
I m permanent member of IOC for a long time. i m very satisfied with your service and well manner talk as compare with the other company subscriber but this man mr. parminder singh who is sitting with hindu gentleman treats as if he were owner of IOC and saying very proudly i dont care u may complaint me at any level.
i jst came to confirm for new connection at KULJEET GAS AGENCIES at NEAR 22 NO. PHATAK PATIALA-PUNJAB but he (MR. PARMINDER SINGH who is sitting along with hindu gentleman) saying in very typical punjabi language "KOI NAYA CONNECTION NAI ASI NAI DENDE NAYA CONNECTION" i m jst trying to say brother y r u not issuing a new connection then his reply is "NAI DENDE TA NAI DENDE KOI ZABARDASTI HAI"
I request you to please get this matter resolved on the highest priority within a week’s time other wise mr. parminder would be close kuljeet gas agencies
And please take a serious action against Mr. Parminder Singh (Near 22 No. Phatak, Patiala) so that in future no other customer would suffer and image of the INDIAN OIL CORPORATION will not be hampered anymore like it had been in my case.
