NON-DELIVERY OF COURIER

It is very much disappointing that I had sent a courier 10 days before i.e. on 7th March'10 for Aurangabad by Blazeflash courier and that one not delivered to the destination till now. The POD No of the same is:- 196128571.

There is no person in the Blazeflash to hear the complaint. Whenever we call they always said that call us after 10 Mins. instead of giving any positive response.

The complaint is also made to the Cheif Managing Director of the Blazeflash but he also has no concern about it. If the Managing Director of the company is behaving like this then what can we expect from the employees? & How can we trust on their services??

I request to all the person using this service not to use Blazeflash Courier Service as they are not those on whom we can trust.
