I had sent a packet AWB No. 212878766 on 9th April to Nahan, addressed to Mr. Kirpal Singh, 239/13, Red Cross Road, Nahan (H.P.) and the same was expected to reach its destination the following day, i.e. 10th April. It is however surprising that the shipment has not yet reached it's destination as of 16th April, 08. I have made several attempts to call up On Dot Customer Care No. 011-45088888 to get the status of my shipment, but in vain. Each time I called up I was put on hold for 2-5 minutes and ultimately the call got disconnected. Would you pls help me get the status of my above mentioned shipment?
