Poor home delivery

Dear Respected sir,

I am the regular costumer of Indian oil of last five year, last my gas suppyler is Jhalak gas agency Which deliver me every time in gas panchuley and i am satisfy with him, currently i change my home and i come in Singh more, Latma Road, Hasag, Hatia, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

My problem is started from here, here i know my new gas agency is Alpha indane, Sudarshan Appertment, Kachnar toli, singh more, Hatia, Ranchi -3,

1.First it takes 20 days to transfer my card, i submersion my card15/09/10 and give me 05/10/10. Same days then i booking my gas which no.544 .

2.After today 23/10/10 i donot gas refill. When i go there his stuff told me we deliver ur gas few days, and telling some excuse,

3.I am very fursturded and do not know how i can get my new refil.
