I have booked a gas cylindeer on 18th of february8, but I have not received my cylinder till todate. Not only that, but the dealer is insisting on a ration card for verification, which I do not have. They did not tell me of the same when i booked the cylinder.

Now Iam entirely at your disposal and seek your imidiate help.
