Subject: Complain not replacing the Battery under warranty.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased the newly lunched Maruti-ALTO- K10 VXI Chassis No: 107572 and control No: 6701281-JDP from Apra auto New Delhi 110070 in Sept.

Following things gone wrong and reported to Apra Auto Mahipalpur New Delhi.

1- Digital Petrol level Indicator not showing the labels just after filling the patrol it shows the labels after 1 to 2 hours of filling.

2- On the first service, I have reported that my car battery have the micro holes in the body but the service manager did not agree and during the IInd service The manager found lots of rust and battery chemical near the battery. The rust has been removed and anti rust coating was done. Once again we visited M/s Apra Auto Mahipalpur on 27/03 again reported and shown the same battery chemical damaged my car and had a good talk with the manager. But there no satisfied answer.

3- I request, to check my Petro level indicator and replace my new car Battery.

4- Pay the suitable compaction for damage of car due to rust.
