Regarding service

Dear Sir,

M having a Maruti Alto Lx which i have purchased from M/S shaurya Motors in the month of June. During first service of my vehicle i tell them that thr is problems in the break leather bcs of this front two rims of car is always in black shape. But from my first service to last service i dnt get the solution and car Horn is also not working properly. M not driving my car in Hilly areas.

From last two days M chasing shaurya motors peoples, I called Mr Amit who is customer care manager, such a nice nd responsible guy bcs he always intouch wd me regarding the problem.bt he ws on leave and he given this call to someboby in his office. They called me and tell me that They have to chnge the leathers and i have to pay for the same, I tell them that i m chasing u people from very first day bt u dnt able to solve the problem and if problem came form very first days then why should i pay the amount?

After this they tols me that they will collect my vehicle form my office at 10 am but nobody is thr to collect the vehicle.

You r kindly requested to replace the leather and Horn without charge bcs this problem i m facing from very first day.
