Dear Sir,

I, S.K Verma, Qr No. 1002, Sector- 4G, B.S City (Consumer No. 9790) is fed up with the irresponsible behaviour and poor service of Ambica Gas Agency, Sector-9, Bokaro Steel City. For booking of gas all the time its land line no. 06542262689 respond as "number busy". Even after booking of gas they take 10-15 days for home delivery. The minimum courtesy we require from them is to respond our call instead of keeping the customer out of telephonic contact.
