Service not on time - very late

We are customer of Xylo vehicle purchased on 14th July which went into immobilisation mode on 14th August ironically on the same date. The service centre took it under its charge after many complaints and numerous phone calls made.

After too many written and telephonic discussion with the customer care of the company. A sanction of replacement of ECU has been made on Friday, 19th August but the replacement has not been made. Till today, 22nd August nothing has been done.

Our vehicle is a business vehicle; we have been repeatedly reminding the customer care that we are losing a business of Rs. 5000/- approx per day.

The reputed company like Mahindra and Mahindra behaves so irresponsibly, this is not accepted.

We had shortlisted Mahnidra's vehicle because of its reputation but now the customer care is the one who is not concerned. This is financial and mental harassment.

Company should compensate for all this. Now I have lost all my patience, I think there is no choice except to go to the consumer court.

At this juncture, in the country when respected Anna Hazare is fighting against corruption. We once again realise nothing moves until some kind of bribing is done. We, the business class are then blamed to encourage corruption.

Suggest what should be done under such circumstances.
