Sir,

I am using V60 a product of AMPERE ELECTRIC BIKES. Before 3months (approx.), the charger given by the company get repaired due to some technical fault. So, i approached the dealer in Madurai (DURAI MOTORS, Madurai. ) of AMPERE company. The dealer checked the charger and told me that, the charger has to be forwarded to the company (the company is in Coimbatore) for warranty. And he did it. I got an opportunity to visit the Coimbatore and so i went to ask the further details of the charger. The company said to me that the charger was already opened by someone else hence the warranty of the charger has been in void state. I explained that the dealer of your company only opened to check for the complaints, but the person in the company is arguing as if there is no relation between the company and the dealer. IS IT TRUE? Can anyone suggest me that "is the dealer has the right to check the product if some complaints has been given by the customer? ".
