After All The Service Total No Of 32 Visit In Your Authorized Dealer “MARSHAL TRADING CO” Its Only One Dealer In Rajkot City. But No Any One Visit I m Not Satisfied Regarding Service Work Experience,
I Visit Last Time before One Month In Paid Service And Replace All Oil Change Its My Demanding Repair Wheel Humming Noise, But Works Manager Said Its Product Problem In All Scorpio Vehicle And At The Time Replace Front All Stabilizer Joint Replace And We Pay Bill Rs.8900/-But Not Satisfactory Work After One Week Repet Problem Again We Paid Rs, 3400/- Bill Pay,
After We Go In Sirdi Trip With My Family But Vehicle Breakdown At Chotila Regarding Brake Oil Leackage so We Call Workshop But Works Manager Said Please Self Top up So And So Grade Brake Oil And After U Will Go Sirdi But Repet Nasik Same Breakdown And We Repair Pipe At Local Garage At Nasik But Nasik Have No Brake ABS Pipe So Repair Dated:- 07/03,
After Dated 08/03 We Return At Rajkot And We Go For Workshop For My Complaint Brake Pipe Replace And Door And Door Glass Noisy And Humming Noise IN Wheel And Steering Vibration And Power Window Not Working Its Movement Hard Very, After My Vehicle Delivered Dated:-10/03 But No Any Work Complete In So Works Manager Says My Wheel Balancing Machine Not Working And Brake Pipe IS Not In Stock Last Many Month And Marshal Have No Any Type Of Door Setting Manpower So Sorry And Power Window Switch Replace But My Old Switch Is ok After Servicing Switch So I complaint But No Any Response By Dealer
• Also I Require Matting But Last Two Month Marshal Have Not In stock
• She Says Power Window Switch Is Faulty And Replace But My Old Switch Is Repair Service After ok
So Humming Noise 30-40-50 Speed All Time Complaint But Wheel Service But No Resolved Problem And All Time Pay Rs, 900/- But No Result Fount
And All My Complaint In Knowledge In “MARSHAL TRADING CO” Works Manager Mrs, Upasana Singh But She IS not Reliable And Not Responsible For Any Kind Of Customer Complaint And Voice Of Customer For Dissatisfaction, He IS Only Setting On Her Manager Chamber And Chair,
